...is our administrator, but also acts as a receptionist for us. Lin is the first point of contact for most people who call or visit Workshop Recruitment. Lin’s great at getting all of our timesheets sorted and she makes sure that everyone gets paid properly. Lin’s very thoughtful and looks after all the staff here, but really comes out of her shell on our social events. Lin also happens to drive the fastest car in the office!

Joan has over twenty years of experience in recruitment, some of which was gained with Workshop many years ago. It’s a delight to have her back with us. Joan brings a wealth of experience having worked across commercial, industrial and legal sectors. Joan is a cat lover and a keen maker of cakes and preserves, selling some at car boots as well as keeping the office supplied with homemade goodies.

Warren has 17 years experience within the electronics industry covering all aspects including sales, purchasing and production management. Warren comes to Workshop Recruitment with experience of the construction recruitment sector from his last role. Outside of work, Warren DJ’s at the weekend, and is also a big fan of Southampton Football Club.

Craig is one of the Senior Consultants in our Construction division. You will see Craig out visiting just about every construction site in the South East. Craig has strong experience within construction having spent four years on the tools as a steel erector coupled with his recruitment knowledge. Craig is our resident “Hammer”, a big West Ham football fan and a devoted father of three.

Jenny joined Workshop Recruitment in 2015 and has helped grow the commercial division by adding her knowledge of the legal recruitment market. Jenny is a legal specialist with excellent knowledge of recruiting legal support staff and fee earners. Outside of work Jenny loves going out for a meal or to the cinema to see the latest horror film. She also is a cat lover, with three cats of her own.
